I had two interviews for INSEAD both at local coffee shops. In both interviews it was clear that they wanted to get a sense if I would be a good cultural fit for the school above all else. Both interviewers were very friendly and the interviews felt more like casual conversations rather than interviews. I was asked about my experience with cultural diversity and to name a diversity experience that surprised me. As a student from the US, I was asked why INSEAD and why not an American business school. I wasn’t asked any trick or difficult questions, the entire experience truly felt like they just wanted to get to know me as a person. I really clicked with one of the interviewers and we’ve kept in touch after the process. Of all the interviews I have done, 4 schools so far, INSEAD’s interview style and interviewers were my favorites.
I was accepted with scholarships.
