Twitter Thursdays: News from MBA Programs
Welcome to another installment of Twitter Thursdays, in which we highlight some of the latest “tweets” from the top MBA programs on Twitter. Admit calls from Cornell / Johnson’s Admissions Director, Christine Sneva, rolled out last week. Garth Saloner, the Dean of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, shared his reflections on the changing landscape of management education. From the effects of online colleges to the use of big data, the Dean of the Darden School of Business, Bob Bruner, posted links to a few of his favorite articles. Across the pond, MBA Admissions Coordinator at Judge Business School, James Barker, joined his team in training to provide feedback on CVs.
Living in a skier’s paradise, Chicago Booth students enjoyed a private concert from Coolio on the Booth Ski Trip. Students at Northwestern / Kellogg enjoyed this week’s Private Equity / Venture Capital Conference. Professors at Duke / Fuqua covered a range of research topics, from what it means to be a soldier to whether to buy or sell gold. UT / Austin McCombs set their Twitter spotlight on a student currently studying abroad at ESADE.
