Twitter Thursdays: News from MBA Programs

Welcome to this week’s Twitter Thursdays, our weekly roundup of “tweets” posted by top MBA programs on Twitter.  If you want to stay on top of our updates, special prizes, admissions tips and breaking news, be sure to follow Clear Admit on Twitter.  We’ve also created several lists related to MBA admissions to ease your daily access to breaking news from the top MBA programs.

Admissions Director at Cornell / Johnson, Christine Sneva, posted a pic to support the Cornell Venture Challenge in April. UNC Kenan-Flagler’s Dean, Jim Dean, will be heading to Palo Alto next week for a Startup Alumni Event.  In addition to sharing some of his favorite reads this week, the Dean of the Darden School of Business, Bob Bruner, posted an entry about decision-making in management.  While MBA Admissions Coordinator at Judge Business School, James Barker, met some MBA candidates in London this week, other staff met more prospects in Zurich.

A few MBA professors at Michigan / Ross will be talking about what is not taught in business school tonight.  Columbia Business School hosted several on-campus information sessions this week.  INSEAD was excited to announce that professor Kevin Kaiser is one of the four finalists for the Business Professor of the Year award, which is sponsored by The Economist.  Excitement also spread through Duke / Fuqua when Bill Boulding announced he would serve a full-term as Dean of Fuqua.

Thanks for tuning into Twitter Thursdays this week!  If you’re on Twitter, let us know; e-mail wiki@clearadmit.com with your user name and status as an MBA applicant, student or admissions officer so we can add you to the appropriate Twitter list.  Happy tweeting and we’ll see you next week with some more updates!
