Twitter Thursdays: News from MBA Programs
Welcome to this week’s Twitter Thursdays, in which we summarize some of the top tweets from MBA programs on Twitter! While some of her colleagues are greeting admits in New York City, Danielle Foster, Associate Director of Admissions at Chicago Booth, participated in an info session on-campus with prospective students. UNC Kenan-Flagler’s Dean, Jim Dean, noted the school’s rank in the top 10 in sustainability by BusinessWeek. From amongst his heavy reading, the Dean of the Darden School of Business, Bob Bruner, recommended a piece on the debt ceiling. MBA Admissions Coordinator at Judge Business School, James Barker, announced some upcoming admissions info sessions set for the U.S., London and Brussels.
Students at Michigan / Ross avoided the seasonal doldrums with a fun flash mob in the Winter Garden. Columbia Business School shared a few photos from Deepak Chopra’s class this week. In addition to announcing some upcoming MBA events, INSEAD shared some staff’s articles on communication and the value of rituals in light of U.S. President Obama’s inauguration. With a lot of recruiters visiting campus, Duke / Fuqua matched the values of Fuqua students with visiting companies.
