Fridays From The Frontline
Sep 28, 2012 | 4 comments
Hello and welcome to Fridays From the Frontline, Clear Admit’s ongoing round up of the latest news in the b-school blogosphere. With one big deadline behind them and many more ahead, applicants were checking in and sharing their progress this week. Meanwhile, many students were thinking back to their own application processes while settling into the school year.
Asax wished all those finishing up their applications luck with an inspiring video. MBAOver30 submitted his Harvard application and received an invitation to attend a Tuck diversity conference. Sassafrass also was working hard on his applications, and found Haas’ data forms to be numerous.
Tepper ’14 finished up her mid-terms and decided it was never going to get less crazy. LBS ’14 Tapiwa completed his third week and couldn’t be happier. McCombs ’14 Megan also studied for mid-terms and dealt with a bomb threat on campus. INSEAD ’13J Rakesh provided a few pointers to applicants about what to aim for when applying to INSEAD. Fellow INSEAD ’13J Vishesh laid out all that was going on in his life last year. Anderson ’14 Kyle summed up his first weeks in one word: unforgettable.
Tepper ’13 Julianne recounted some of her recruiting joys. McCombs ’13 Jim compared his first year to his second year.
And that’s a wrap for this week! For all applicants, we wish you the best in the coming weeks. May you meet your deadlines with time to spare. Until next week, have a great weekend!

Thanks – we have addressed the glitch!
Dear Clear-admit BOB team,
I am afraid the updates from my blog at following URL are still not being covered under weekly BOB updates. I have written 1 post in last week and none of them are covered in last 2 BOB weekly updates. I kindly request to let me know if there is anything missing from my side. I have reported the same problem couple of weeks and I was told that the issues related to RSS feed are being resolved.

Sanket.
Sanket, Your posts should be showing in our sidebar now – and I have alerted the FFF team to your comments. Keep in mind that they base the selection for the FFF column around the blog posts from the week that most directly touched on the bloggers’ own application process or student experience. As such, the more content you post about your own admissions efforts, the more likely it will crop up in FFF in any given week. Thanks again for your comment and best of luck! -Graham
