Twitter Thursdays: News from MBA Programs

Admissions Director at Cornell / Johnson, Christine Sneva, headed south to enjoy the ALPFA event in New York City this week.  As the academic year began, the Dean of UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, Jim Dean, welcomed new and returning students to campus.  Anticipating the arrival of the Class of 2014, the Dean of the UCLA Anderson School of Management, Judy Olian, offered tips for moving to Los Angeles.  Fellow Californian, the Dean of the Berkeley-Haas School of Business, Rich Lyons, noted an increase in applications to the Berkeley/Haas Evening/Weekend MBA program.  In addition to providing an exclusive interview with Clear Admit, Head of Cambridge MBA Admissions and Marketing, Conrad Chua, spent some time with prospective applicants in Singapore. 

Alumni and students from Chicago Booth met with prospective students in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro this week.  As Forté Foundation launched their forum series this week, The Tuck School  made their rounds to share the value of an MBA.  The Kellogg School plugged its professors’ latest research and insight on a range of topics – from saving Best Buy to Apple retail staffing.  London Business School announced a new program, Leading Change, set to focus on how to achieve fruitful change.
