Twitter Thursdays: News from MBA Programs

Welcome to this week’s Twitter Thursdays, our weekly roundup of the news and events reported by top MBA programs on Twitter!  If you want your Twitter feed filled with Clear Admit’s updates, special prizes, admissions tips and breaking news, be sure to follow us on Twitter.   You can also check out the list of MBA programs we’ve compiled to ease your daily access to breaking news from the top MBA programs, as reported by admissions committee members themselves.

As is tradition, the Dean of UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, Jim Dean, enjoyed the hanging of flags of countries represented by new students.  The Dean of the UCLA Anderson School of Management, Judy Olian, noted the launching of their FEMBA Flex program, which blends online lectures with in-person discussions and case studies.  Fellow Californian, the Dean of the Berkeley-Haas School of Business, Rich Lyons, announced a new case series covering what’s distinctive about Haas.  Across the pond, MBA Admissions Coordinator at Judge Business School, James Barker, announced that Cambridge admissions are heading to Sao Paolo this weekend.

A full autumn of info sessions is ahead for Chicago Booth, as they announced visits to South America and across Asia.  As their application went live this week, The Tuck School’s  “tweeters” are ready to answer any related questions.  The Kellogg School plugged its professors’ latest research and insight on a range of topics – from tackling small debts first to making the most of living abroad.  Many schools are gearing up for new students, and The Wharton School shared their photos from the Convocation and Reception for the Class of 2014.
