News, advice and resources for business school applicants

Fridays From The Frontline

Welcome to Fridays From the Frontline, Clear Admit’s weekly roundup of the best of the b-school blogosphere. As with weeks past, this was a relatively quiet one for current students, but a handful of applicants shared their latest news with readers.

Motown reflected on the value of feedback. Though MBAover30 was frustrated by parking, once he found a spot he and attended a Tuck interview session in LA he was very impressed.  The Senator sat through a tense final conversation with his direct supervisor. Cheetarah celebrated her birthday and attended a MBA Jumpstart Diversity Forum in Chicago.   Unclear looked at the essay topics of his target school and rated their difficulty.

Oxford ’12 Bayo shared an interview he gave, the subject of which was business school blogging. Columbia ’13 Praz linked to a recent article concerning MBA programs and ethics, then shared his own thoughts on the issue. Darden ’12 Darden Poet posted her last Darden-centric post, filled with photos and final thoughts.

And that’s all they wrote for this week’s edition of Fridays From the Frontline. We hope as July dwindles and August looms, all current students continue to enjoy their internship experiences while applicants remain on target for their Round 1 applications. Until next week, have a great weekend!
