News, advice and resources for business school applicants

Fridays From the Frontline

Hello there and welcome to Fridays From the Frontlines! Our weekly look-see into the lives of MBA applicants and current students. As is often the case in the summer months, this week was relatively quiet. The Class of 2012 has graduated and moved on to the next phase of their professional lives while current students are keeping rather mum on their internship experiences.

Motown explained her efforts to find a pre-MBA internship. MBA Over 30 wished himself a happy 35th birthday. Sanket enjoyed reading the Economist magazines that came to him as a result of his earlier Best of Blogging finish.  Str1der shared what he had been up to as far as Phase 1 and 2 of his MBA applications.

Tepper ’13 Julianne had some advice for applicants looking to reach out to current students.
And that’s a wrap for this week. We hope summer treats aspirants and students well and that they begin sharing a bit more about their activities in the latter half of this warm season. Until next week, have a great weekend!
