The UVA / Darden deadlines for the upcoming admissions season are now available. The deadlines are as follows:
Round 1
Application Deadline: October 14, 2010
Decision Notification: January 12, 2011
Round 2
Application Deadline: January 5, 2011
Decision Notification: March 24, 2011
Round 3
Application Deadline: March 30, 2011
Decision Notification: May 12, 2011
Applicants should note that applications are due by 11:59 PM EST.
Darden has also released its essay topics for the upcoming year. Applicants are required to complete the following essays:
Essay 1
The Darden MBA program expects students to actively participate in learning teams, the classroom, and the broader community. Please share one or two examples from your past experience that best illustrate(s) how you will contribute to this highly engaging and hands-on learning environment. (500 words)
Essay 2
Please discuss how a global event that has taken place in the past two years has impacted the way you think about leadership broadly and personally. (500 words)
