It was difficult for me to accept that I needed a one-page resume for my apps. I felt like my extracurricular activities deserved at least half a page! But once I streamlined the whole thing, I realized how much more strongly my whole candidacy came across!
Paul–I felt the same way when I condensed my resume. I realized that a lot of what I wanted to get across could be incorporated into my essays or was irrelevant to my b-school candidacy.
